博士研究生在讀期間，須至少發(fā)表1篇ESI檢索期刊論文，另外須取得滿(mǎn)足以下條件之一的創(chuàng )新性研究成果；全部研究成果應與博士學(xué)位論文密切相關(guān)。
1、A類(lèi)創(chuàng )新性成果1項；
2、B類(lèi)創(chuàng )新性成果2項；
3、B類(lèi)創(chuàng )新性成果1項和C類(lèi)創(chuàng )新性成果2項。
A類(lèi)創(chuàng )新性成果主要包括：本領(lǐng)域頂級國際期刊論文；中科院二區及以上或JCR一區期刊論文；CCF A類(lèi)會(huì )議論文；國家級科研獎勵（有證書(shū)）；省部級一等獎（有證書(shū)）；已產(chǎn)生重大效益的授權發(fā)明專(zhuān)利（申請日期為博士在讀期間，第1名或第2名（導師第1名））。
B類(lèi)創(chuàng )新性成果主要包括：中科院三區及以上論文或JCR二區及以上論文；CCF B類(lèi)會(huì )議論文；學(xué)部認定的高水平期刊或會(huì )議（列表見(jiàn)附件）；相關(guān)的國內一級學(xué)會(huì )頂級期刊論文；省部級二等獎（有證書(shū)）；國際/國內授權發(fā)明專(zhuān)利2項及以上（申請日期為博士在讀期間，第1名或第2名（導師第1名））；參與撰寫(xiě)的高水平專(zhuān)著(zhù)（撰寫(xiě)字數1萬(wàn)字以上，有署名）；參與制定的國際/國家/行業(yè)標準（有署名）；參與撰寫(xiě)并被采納的國家或省部級咨詢(xún)報告（有署名）；具有顯著(zhù)經(jīng)濟或社會(huì )效益的研究成果（鑒定證書(shū)等）。
C類(lèi)創(chuàng )新性成果主要包括：省部級三等獎（有證書(shū)）；參與完成的重大項目結題報告、科技報告、國防報告（有署名）；國際/國內重要科技評測或創(chuàng )新創(chuàng )業(yè)大賽一等獎（排名第1）。
為了鼓勵博士生潛心從事基礎性/原創(chuàng )性研究工作，支持導師通過(guò)安排多屆博士生在某個(gè)前沿領(lǐng)域長(cháng)期攻關(guān)力爭取得突破性、顛覆性科研成果，雖然部分博士生在攻讀博士學(xué)位期間沒(méi)有取得上述A、B、C類(lèi)科研成果，但在該領(lǐng)域取得了同行及導師認可的階段性高水平研究成果，且博士學(xué)位論文水平高，經(jīng)導師推薦和學(xué)位分委會(huì )討論認定同意，也可以申請博士學(xué)位。
本規定從2020年9月入學(xué)的博士生開(kāi)始執行；在讀博士生可自愿參照執行。
